Hot off the drawing board: one of the first realist figure drawings in weeks that I didn't feel was painfully insufficient.

Shot under studio lights, which are a little quirky at the moment, so the center is hot. But I'm excited about the photographic method—I used my tablet, which automatically uploaded the shot to Ubuntu One, from which I opened it on my desktop in GIMP, edited it, and SSHed it to my blog. The aggregate connectivity inspires a measure of awe.

Nice work, Franklin. I honestly didn't know you had such realism in you.
