On the occasion of the inclusion of the work of Miami artist Hernan Bas (images of pretty men with come-hither expressions, rendered clumsily in a Slayer-fanzine-meets-fashion-spread style) in the Whitney Biennial, I have this to say to the museum:

Next time, just invite Calvin Klein to be the juror and stop pretending that you think that art is anything more than a lifestyle accessory.
